This varies depending on the level of service, but you should allow 2 weeks from when the unit leaves you to when it arrives back.

It is very unusual that we can't repair your unit, if this happens you might be offered a trade in

We only service Webtec test equipment, we can't service non-Webtec units
We have Webtec service centres in Cambridgeshire UK, Milwaukee USA and Leverkusen Germany, in addition to this we have authorised distributors with service centres in Australia and Chile.
We recommend testers and flowmeters are calibrated every 4000 hours or 12 months, whichever is sooner
All Webtec repairs come with a 3 month warranty as standard

We only sell safety burst discs. The repair of the tester requires specilised knowledge and equipment to ensure the users safety for this reason we don't sell spares parts.
