We are pleased to announce that Webtec (Europe) GmbH is now open for business. Located in Leverkusen, in the Nord-Rhein Westphalia region of Germany, this registered company will ensure that our future trading continues to be seamless and means that we are ideally placed to continue to offer our European customers a high level of local support.
We appreciate that the future outcome of Brexit may have brought some uncertainty but our commitment has always been to offer continuity of service and supply to our customers wherever they are located in the World. To this end, On Monday 4th November 2019 we intend to switch all customers in continental Europe who buy from Webtec Products Ltd in the UK to Webtec (Europe) GmbH. However, customers currently managed by Webtec France will continue to be invoiced from this office.
Our newly appointed Business Development Manager, Patrick Neubert will head up the European Sales team, making six members to the team. The European Sales team will continue to work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams in the UK to ensure that customers continue to receive the high level of sales and technical support previously enjoyed.
During the coming months we plan to visit or arrange telephone/web meetings with all customers who would like further clarification so that we can discuss any opportunities or concerns you may have. However In the meantime, if you do have any questions related to the new European office do not hesitate to contact your Webtec sales representative who will be pleased to help.
