With in-house facilities in both the UK headquarters and US Sales office to repair 80% of all Webtec products on site. We can also calibrate for flow rates up to 800 lpm (200 US gpm) and return your unit back to you certified with either a Certificate of Conformity or certificates of flow and pressure calibration.

All repairs start with a rigorous investigation to identify the origin of the fault, once identified the customer is contacted and provided with the estimate for repair, all Webtec repairs are warranted for 3 months with repairs typically turned around in less than two weeks. Should the equipment be beyond economical repair and it is considered repairing the fault could lead to other issues, Webtec will recommend trade-in or upgrade option. Webtec recommends that its flow meters and hydraulic testers are recalibrated after every 4000 hours of usage or 12 months, whichever is sooner.
