What is Make it BLUE®

Our new manufacturing approach called Make it BLUE® is a unique four step process to help customers maximise the potential of their hydraulic machinery but without the complexity of costly consultancy. Webtec’s Make it BLUE® has been developed following consultation with many customers, who will benefit from a more integrated approach to product customisation. We are now formally offering this process by combining more than 50 years of sales, engineering and manufacturing experience.

Starting with Begin, we will share our best practice and knowledge bank through our extensive training and educational material, which can be easily accessed through Webtec’s multi-lingual website www.webtec.com/education

Then, we will Listen to the customers’ applications and requirements and assess how real value can be added. By bringing together customer service, hydraulic system knowledge and product design skills, we will work with you to produce a Blue Score Card.

The next step Upgrade focusses on the changes that are required, whether incorporating your branding into one of our products or designing a unique component. We will find the best solution to meet your individual requirements.

Finally, Engineer. Our highly experienced R & D and manufacturing teams will work very closely together on your specific project, ensuring that all products are manufactured to a high standard and to your exact specifications..
